For information on visa requirements, please contact the German embassy or consulate in your area. After completing your online registration, you will receive a personalised confirmation email, which can serve as proof of registration for the GFFA for your visa application. Please note, however, that this confirmation does not guarantee visa approval, and the conference organisers do not issue invitation letters for visa purposes.

Please register online using the "Register now!" menu on this website.

Online registration is possible until the end of the event, including at the venue's conference counter.

After you have registered online you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a barcode. You will need to present this code at the conference counter to obtain a name badge for entry to the event.

Unfortunately, group registration is not possible. Each participant will need to register individually with their own email address.

No invitation is needed for admission to these events. Just register at www.gffa-berlin.de/en and use the regular online registration to register for the event.

This Conference is an exclusive event for Agriculture Ministers and their accompanying staff. It is not a public event. Some parts of the Berlin Agriculture Ministers' Conference will, however, be streamed publicly at  https://www.gffa-berlin.de/en.

All events will be free of charge.

The 2025 GFFA is planned as an in-person event at the CityCube Berlin. Only a few event segments will be streamed at  www.gffa-berlin.de/en. Details on the streamed events can be found in the programme.

The venue of the 2025 GFFA is the CityCube Berlin, Messedamm 26, 14055 Berlin, Germany. The easiest way to reach the venue is by using public transport (take the S3 or S9 S-Bahns to "Messe Süd"). The planner at www.bvg.de is available to help you make your travel arrangements.

A barcode will be attached to the registration confirmation you will receive by e-mail. Please open the attached barcode or this link on your smartphone or tablet, or print it and bring it to the venue together with your valid ID card. There you will get your name badge, which is valid for both days.

If you are a visitor, just register at  www.gffa-berlin.de/en and use the regular online registration to register for the event.

Entry is free of charge.

The expert panel discussions will be held at the City Cube Berlin on 16 and 17 January 2025.

In November there will be an overview of the expert panels including information on schedules and organisers in the "Expert Panels" menu at www.gffa-berlin.de/en/agenda.

The Innovation Forum will be held in the City Cube Berlin on 16 and 17 January 2025.

In December, an overview of the exhibitors will be published in the "expert forum/innovation forum" menu at  www.gffa-berlin.de/en

Anyone can participate in the Science Slam. For more information please go to our website at  www.gffa-berlin.de/en.

The Science Slam will be held in hall A8.

All GFFA participants will be offered coffee and water free of charge at all levels on both days of the event. Additionally, there is the option to purchase further soft drinks, speciality coffees, and snacks at the Cube Café.
