The CityCube will be open to trade visitors on 15 January 2026 from 12 p.m. to 6p.m. and on Friday, 16 January 2026 from 9a.m. to 05:30p.m.

For information on visa requirements, please contact the German embassy or consulate in your area. After completing your online registration, you will receive a personalised confirmation email, which can serve as proof of registration for the GFFA for your visa application. Please note, however, that this confirmation does not guarantee visa approval, and the conference organisers do not issue invitation letters for visa purposes.

Please create an account via Mea and then register for the event.

For data protection reasons, all participant data is deleted after the event. Therefore, please register again and then sign up for the 2026 GFFA.

Online registration is possible until the end of the event, including at the venue's conference counter.

After you have registered online, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. You will need to present this code at the conference counter to obtain a badge to be able to access the event.

It is possible that the registration link or the website is being blocked by your organisation. Please contact your system administrator to resolve this issue. One possible solution might be to add our website www.gffa-registration.com to the whitelist so that it is no longer blocked. Alternatively, using a different browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) may help bypass the problem. In addition, we recommend adding the email address info@gffa-registration.com to your safe senders list in your email settings.

Unfortunately, group registration is not possible. Each participant will need to register individually with their own email address.

No invitation is needed for admission to these events. Just register at www.gffa-berlin.de/en and use the regular online registration to register for the entire GFFA, including all its public events. Registration opens in mid-November 2025.

If you are a visitor, just register at  www.gffa-berlin.de/en and use the regular online registration to register for the event. No separate registration is required for the expert panels or high-level panels. On site, admission to the event rooms will be granted on a “first come, first served” basis.

The expert forums will take place on 15 and 16 January 2026 at the CityCube Berlin.

An overview of the expert forums, including information on times and organizers, will be published in the “Expert Forums” section of the agenda at https://www.gffa-berlin.de/en/agenda/ in due course.

The Cooperation Market will be held in the City Cube Berlin on 15 and 16 January 2026. In December, an overview of the exhibitors will be published in the "cooperation market" menu at  https://www.gffa-berlin.de/en/agenda/.

This Conference is an exclusive event for Agriculture Ministers and their accompanying staff. It is not a public event.

All events will be free of charge.

The 2026 GFFA is planned as an in-person event at the CityCube Berlin. Only some event segments will be recorded and made available at www.gffa-berlin.de/en.

The venue of the 2026 GFFA is the CityCube Berlin, Messedamm 26, 14055 Berlin, Germany. The easiest way to reach the venue is by using public transport (take the S3 or S9 “S-Bahn” trains to "Messe Süd"). The planner at www.bvg.de is available to help you make your travel arrangements.

If you are travelling by train, you can book a discounted event ticket from Deutsche Bahn via the following link: Book event ticket.

A QR-code will be attached to the registration confirmation you will receive by email. Please open the attached QR code or this link on your smartphone or tablet, or print it and bring it to the venue together with your valid ID card. There you will get your name badge, which is valid for both days. In the interest of sustainability, we kindly ask you to keep your badge for the second day of the event.

All GFFA participants will be offered coffee and water free of charge at all levels on both days of the event. In addition, a café is available, where food and drinks can be purchased. The Cube Café will be open on 15 January from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on 16 January from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
