Publication of contens and data

In order to provide the participants with advance information on the 2022 Think Aloud! GFFA Science Slam and to document the results in the follow-up to the conference, we would like to publish the data you enter in this form in the film on the outcome of the GFFA and on the GFFA website www.gffa-berlin.de. To this end, we kindly ask you to consent to your personal data and your information material being used for the following purposes:

 

Necessary data processing includes:

  • publishing the names, positions and institutions of the Think Aloud! GFFA Science Slam as well as their CVs and research subjects on the GFFA website
  • publishing the official title and the brief description of the presentation on the GFFA website
  • if applicable publishing the participants’ PowerPoint presentations on the GFFA website and provided video on YouTube
  • releasing summary video messages (e.g. commentary, highlight videos) on the GFFA and the BMEL website and in the film on the outcome of the GFFA
  • using the abovementioned personal data and live recording of the presentation within the Innovation Pitch (if applicable) for the release of the film on the outcome of the GFFA
  • disclosing the abovementioned data to the facilitator of the Think Aloud! GFFA Science Slam for the purpose of programme preparation
  • releasing the livestream and the recording of theThink Aloud! GFFA Science Slam on the conference platform, the GFFA website and where applicable on Youtube.
